An evergreen species of Scadoxus that is rhizomatic, growing reliably throughout the warmer weather to fill a pot comparatively quickly. It is best in shade, either under trees or does well in a pot. Keep lightly moist during summer when it is actively growing and feed with a balanced fertiliser. Foliage reaches around 35-40cm and flower around 30cm. An easy Scadoxus to grow.
