Gorgeous lime leaved Caryopteris with blueish-purple flowers in early summer to early autumn. This is a striking plant, great for semi-shade positions where it almost glows. Useful as a highlight plant or one for those half sun/shade positons where a lot of plants struggle. Easy to grow and is impervious to pests and diseases. Can shear off spent flowers but it seems to self-clean so very little work is required to maintain Caryopteris. Just a light trim in early spring to encourage new growth upon which that seasons crop of flowers are borne. Full sun to part shade. 0.8mH x 0.8mW
